(President: Ikuo Ogihara) announces that it has executed an MOU with LG Life Sciences, Ltd., a Korean company (President & CEO: Heung-Joon Yang, hereinafter "LGLS") for KRP-197 (Brand Name: Uritos® Tablet) which KYORIN originated for overactive bladder ("OAB") and agreed to the following three basic terms
